Journey to Awesomeness.

This film shows you our most recent journey to awesomeness for a young and talented group of athletes from Glen Innes - Tamaki!

Journey to awesomeness was originally a film title made back in 2011. This captured the journey of a Pt England Sevens Rugby Team that won the AIMS games title in Tauranga. 6 years on here we are again!

Happy 10th year anniversary Manaiakalani Film Festival. Awesome we get to share the celebration by contributing this film to be shared across our community of champion learners!

Your guys movie looks great. Congratulations on your win. My favourite part about it was that all classes were watching and supporting you guys while you were at Tauranga playing rugby. This reminded me of when our school went to sports camp and won a couple of trophies. What was your best thing about going to Tauranga with each other besides playing rugby and winning?

Hello Ms Va'afusuaga. Have ever know how to B-roll of those clips you made?

The great thing is that the interview with Siaosi. Especially the quality of the film. You also did a awesome B-roll which means you have put a lot of detail into the story of this video. So what I am saying is your doing a great job.

The things you need to work on is put a camera live video of Siaosi telling the tournament at Tauranga last year. Really good trailer interview Ms Va'afusuaga!

Hey it´s Esther!
2020 and still watching this.
I became a yr 8 this year and forgot all about my Journey to Awesomeness.. but then I remembered this Manaiakalani movie and thought again. Right now I think and say Im going to keep trying no matter what! I speak to those young ones: that when you fail pick up the pieces you left behind and start again because I believe failure is the ROAD TO SUCCESS.
LOVE PT ENGLAND SCHOOL!
